You’re faced with new and bigger responsibilities in your organization, or perhaps some concerning input that you need to be a better leader and communicator. (And that's on top of everything else you need to figure out and get done!)
Through an interview-created assessment, you and I get a clear-eyed view into the perceptions that others have of what it's like to work with you. And then, if you’re up for it, we find ways to make things better. In this role, I serve as your unique sounding board and a candid broker of new approaches.
How I Work
A way to provoke new thinking and action with larger audiences.
The aspiration here is to deliver those lessons in ways that audiences find entertaining, uplifting, and practical.
Speeches have moved audiences for centuries and I am honored to continue this tradition.
No matter how talented or smart you are, your success—and the success of the organization you care about—is going to happen only after you and others figure out the best way to work together and find a way to stick with it.
My job is to serve as a guide in what often proves to be a very difficult yet productive series of conversations with you and your colleagues—conversations about what it takes to not just to talk about collaboration; to genuinely do it. After years of witnessing firsthand the massive waste of group time and energy, I believe this is the hardest (and most important) obstacle for a group to constructively confront.
